Product Description

We use both closed die forgings and seamless rolling processes to manufacture our asymmetric annular rings. Our six production lines feed efficiently into a system of induction heaters and heat treatment facilities. We do jobs on ring rolling from 50 mm OD to 300 OD, thickness up to 80/85mm. We  at present do forging of rings  400 ton P/M and still have a capacity 200 ton p/m. We are biggest manufacturer of rings in Northern India. We are supplying our forged ring/ pre machined rings to U.S, Eastern Europe, U.A.E, Australia. They are widely used as synchronizer ring and we are supplying these rings  to various OEM's.

New Ring Rolling with capacity to roll ring upto 500 mm installed in new unit with thickness upto 100 mm.
