Product Description

We use both closed die forgings and seamless rolling processes to manufacture our asymmetric annular rings. Our six production lines feed efficiently into a system of induction heaters and heat treatment facilities. We do jobs on ring rolling from 50 mm OD to 300 OD, thickness up to 70/75 mm. We  at present do forging of rings  400 ton P/M and still have a capacity 200 ton p/m. We are biggest manufacturer of rings in Northern India. We are supplying our forged ring/ pre machined rings to U.S, Eastern Europe, U.A.E, Australia. They are widely used as synchronizer ring and we are supplying these rings  to various OEM's.
